Challenges

The challenge was to transform an emotional idea into something practical, refining the structure and materials to ensure usability and accessibility. We also had to balance this factors with manufacturability while working against a competition deadline.

Achievements

• Delivered a realistic 3D model and renders that brought the sensory lamp concept to life for the competition presentation.

• Improved usability and accessibility through design refinements, ensuring the lamp could be functional as well as symbolic.

• Supported the winning presentation in the Santa Catarina Moda e Cultura for inclusive design.
