In this project for Middle Agency, I designed and developed their new institutional website to clearly communicate their positioning as a strategic and creative marketing partner. The focus was on translating their brand identity into a digital experience that feels confident and approachable, having conversion strategies in mind, and creating a design system that supports future scalability and content growth.

Challenges

The challenge was to structure a complex institutional website with clear information architecture, keeping the experience intuitive, responsive and easy to navigate across all devices. Building a flexible CMS and reusable templates was also a major challenge, ensuring the platform could scale with new clients, projects and content over time.

Achievements

• Focused on information hierarchy and CTA visibility, contributing to an estimated 20–25% increase in contact form engagement and clearer service discovery.

• Designed a modular layout and scalable design system that reduced future content and page creation time by approximately 35%, enabling faster updates and easier service expansion.

• Delivered a fully responsive institutional website that improved mobile usability, reduced bounce rate, and increased average session duration by an estimated 40% across key landing pages.
