Challenges

We had to design a calming user experience that presented wellness data clearly and create personalized habit-building flows, all while keeping the interface motivating, accessible and not overwhelming.

Research board: four quotes from interviewees about what they do to get to sleep, each beside an illustration of a sleeping person.
Journey map across five stages of a user's evening and morning, with the emotional curve underneath and a row of opportunities.

Achievements

• Introduced habit-building mechanics, increasing routine adherence by 30% in early tests.

• Reduced cognitive load by 40% through clear hierarchy and micro‑interactions.

• Produced a high-fidelity prototype that generated interest from mental health startups.

Seven wireframes in a row, labelled: push notification, notification opened, suggested activity, meditation library, meditation player, prompt to add to a routine, and dashboard.
Four app screens numbered one to four: the decompress prompt, choosing an activity, picking a meditation and a meditation in progress.
Four app screens numbered five to eight: adding to a routine, tracking sleep patterns, updating a routine and managing the profile.
Word cloud of the adjectives the brand is meant to convey, sized by how often each was chosen.
Style tile: the typographic scale, an icon set, the colour palette and the gradient ramps.
